Norman is far too talented to get cut. We knew when he was drafted that he was brash and raw. It takes time to iron that stuff out.

If Rivera couldn't trust Norman at all he would just cut him. Since Rivera has not cut Norman so far and many have said that Norman is actually playing well. I am sure Rivera will give him more chances.
