Might have to check it out.  I'm in Rockville.  I usally just get the Sunday ticket.

If you're in Rockville, BWW is a good spot to watch games on Sundays.  Right next to the Gordon Biersch and the Five Guys.  Just let me know.  We are a rare breed up here haha.

I got direct tv and sunday ticket for free this year, just for this exact reason.  Last few years I had to use crappy online streams. Now every year ill threathen to leave direct tv so they will give me sunday ticket free every year.

I hear you. I broke down about two years ago and purchased the online substitution at DirecTV's website. This year, I just got a real satellite and will be watching it from home.

Watching it online, even through DirectTv's severs was frustrating... it constantly locked up, wouldn't load, just total garbage that cost me a ton of money too.

I feel like watching tv shows online is fine, but to stream live feeds is more often than not terrible.

I go to BWW here in texas

Hit me up if you want to come into Austin and watch the game with some fellow Panthers fans one Sunday.  I'm trying to plan a big one to get a lot of fans together and take over a bar somewhere.

I've been in Austin for 6 years now.  first couple years was sports bar every sunday, then did the ps3 sunday ticket, a year of ugly streaming, then the madden 25 deal last year.  Not sure what I'm going to do this year, but I've checked and I qualify for the $200 sunday ticket online streaming.  If there are other panther fans that have decent places in town to go, I would love to join.  The closer to Mopac/Anderson Ln the better.

I think I'm just going to buy NFL game pass so I can watch on my phone as well. I have MLB.TV that I use on my phone and it's great.

Does anyone have this? Does it work on the phone alright?

I never had a problem using a mobile device as long as I'm on Wi-Fi. Never even attempted it on a 3G or 4G Network, but I wouldn't trust it. I've used it on my phone and tablet over the past few years and only rarely had a problem. The mobile application was less than robust in the early days.

That said, NFL GamePass is no longer free in the Netherlands, but I went ahead and bought the package for 2014-2015. It's worth it. The quality (so long as my internet connection is good) is pretty outstanding. The way I see it, if I were to go to a bar where a Panthers game *might* be on, I'd spend about EUR 30.00 or more on drinks and food. With GamePass, I spend a 3rd of that per week and I can use my laptop (with HDMI out to my big ass TV) or my tablet.

Is there a way to claim I'm out of country in order to still see all blackout games? Someone in the know help me out.

They were talking about that earlier in the thread and mentioned using a VPN.

The only problem with that is that you may also have to provide a local (meaning foreign) billing address when paying for the subscription for that to work. I'm sure there are dummy addresses out there to use, but considering you may have limited billing options depending on what country you plan on spoofing, I could see things getting a little mucked up in the process.

I'm not saying it isn't worth it to do the research. And even if it is a bit of a dodgy notion, at least you are paying for the product in a round about way.

I did the directTV thing for a while. I then started to go to sportsbars. Cool thing about the 10am games is that the conversation is relatively civilized as most people are still sober and Raider fans don't get in until later. Last year by far was the most epic though. I drove around the country and caught 4 games live in 26 days.

I live in Montgomery County Md and normally just go to the Greene Turtle and make sure one of the tvs in front of me is on the panther's game.  Any huddlers in the area that want to meet up and turn Sundays into a drunk fest let me know.

Nice! I just moved to Howard County from Charlotte a month ago and have been scoping around for a good place to watch game.  Anyone else here in the MD area? We need to get a MD Panther group going and find a bar to play our games.  Lezzzdooittttt.
