My momma didn't raise no dummy, and I routinely speak of Cam as the GOAT, because it's what I believe with all my heart.  Simple really.  The greatest statistically after three years as a pro, the greatest skillset, and simply a total resume as a 25 year old athlete on par or greater than anyone in the history of team sports. 

 

Charlotte and the Carolinas have the GREATEST OF ALL TIME who hasn't even hit his peak yet in the most popular sport in this country. 

 

The Jell-O located in the supposed brain of these supposed homo sapiens is a cosmic waste of protoplasmic space.

Do these people that are complaining want to go back to those Matt Moore or Jimmy Clausen days? I mean seriously, this is ridiculous. Cam is the ONLY reason this offense has been even worth a damn over the past 3 years. We finally have a freakkin top 10 QB that is on the brink of elite status and these morons want to start Derek Anderson? Wow.

I'm assuming you are targeting "fans" of this franchise and not other team's fans... If so, there's always the ignorant minority. It's troublesome because their opinions really can't be substantiated.

Cam is our franchise QB and he will be contractually extended. Any doubt about his ability or potential should have died after season one. Any doubt about his performance under pressure or when behind should have died last year. Any doubt about his leadership skills is being laid completely to rest right before our eyes staring with last season right up to today.

Look, every team in the NFL has issues that cause fans to batch and complain. Our franchise isn't immune to that. Having said that, top to bottom, the QB position isn't really the place to iworry about right now. If folks are concerned about it, they've most likely got a whole bunch of years ahead that aren't going to give them what they want for whatever reason.

I'd recommend not giving a poo about it.

I am honestly shocked by the number of callers to talk radio today calling for Cam's head. What the flying hell? Cam is coming off his second Pro Bowl appearance in three years, an ankle surgery, and he's never looked good in preseason that I can remember. Yet there are people all over Facebook and WFNZ just GNASHING THEIR TEETH today over how he played. And he played FINE after the first quarter.

Are we just going to have to learn to deal with this crap for the duration of his career? If you found yourself ripping Cam today and were one of the people calling for Derek Anderson to start, I heard the Ferguson PD is hiring.

95% of the idiots that call into WFNZ are assholes that pull for another team. They are Panther haters. Plain and simple.
