How are we silly when Ron Rivera feels the same way? And no one liked Mitchell's antics until he proved himself.

Riverboat said he yanked him bc whack behavior like his on the field is why we lost to SF.

I wonder if coach will play that 49ers game for them to show how weak it looks & how it costed us a W. Keep the fire, but keep it tamed.

First post.

I see what happened as a good thing in Norman's case.  Davis had to assert his authority and RR did what any true leader would do which is backup one of his on the field leaders.  I believe they will stick with him until he actually does cost us a game and then it will truly hit him because unemployment will be staring him in the face.

I've seen his type before as he's.....special...in more than one way.  He's the poster child for ADD.  Problem is he's off his meds when he's in the game....

Sigh, so much talent.  So much potential.

I didn't notice him getting pulled. I was really excited coming to the game because during the pregame show Eugene said Norman could unseat Cason or White as the starter... then when I got to my seat, I saw he was indeed playing as a starter.

Now, I did notice he wasn't playing later on, but I thought it was because the first unit was pulled - possible it was coincidental. BUT, it so appeared Cason was playing with the second unit in the third... then I did see Norman back in later but then all the top-tier d guys were pulled...

What is this incident with TD I keep seeing? Obviously we don't see that stuff in the stadium.

After Norman pretty much head butted the receiver, td pulled him away and went off on him

After he broke up the pass intended for Bowe in the 2nd quarter, he got up jawing as usual and headbutted Bowe. TD ran over and yelled at him and Norman yapped back at TD.

I've wanted to see this kid succeed for a long time, but for every great play he makes he makes a terrible one as well be it with his coverage or his mouth.

Cut Norman. I can't stand his macho act.

Now, before I get slammed by Huddlers, there's nothing wrong with fiery energy. We definitely need it on defense. However, there's a fugging line between inspiring men/setting the tone and causing costly penalties.

Sorry, this cocky boy still doesn't get it and it's been three years now.

Right now Norman is our 4th or 5th best CB. Yet lets cut him so we can continue watching Godfrey run around like a headless chicken while another receiver burns him.

This guy needs to keep it together. He has so much talent. The after play antics have got to stop though. Or at least tone it down.

I like some swagger, but he walks very close to getting a penalty, and we have learned that these personal foul penalties, even one, can cost us games.
