Agreed...cleaning house is sometimes what needs to be done.The new formula with a mix of vets and rookies has a nice feel to it.They can only get better as they gel and Cam gets some reps.

Listened to the radio show leaving the game... Genie Robasked Bersin to recall when he told him he would be on this team this season back at the NFCCG last year and then said,"You're gonna be on this roster young man."

He's a former NFL player, that's around the team, coaches and practices all time.

 

The poster's right. Doesn't mean he has influence.

 

However, Robinson's opinions and best wishes is almost as good as it gets if you're Bersin. .

Yes, but he knows very little about the business side of football.  He certainly doesn't know how to manage a complete roster.  If he was, he would be in management, not announcing.  I'm not saying Eugene hasn't been impressed.  But his opinion doesn't mean much.  Talent is not the only factor in setting the roster.
