My favorite is "roadside chicken", which is common in fundraisers. Are you familiar with it?

I am going to sauté some onions and mushrooms at the tailgate today and make brisket Philly cheesesteak sammiches with onions and shrooms on kings Hawaiian rolls.

Been in Folly Beach since Thursday eating quite well. Just got back to the 'boro. Gonna be lazy tonight since I have tonned it all over Charleston and Folly for the last 72. Food is just to effn fantastic in that area.

I may just be lying to myself about being lazy however . The fact that I cannot come close to matching the low country fare from the last few days might be playing a role. I need a buffer day or two to get back to real life before I climb back in the kitchen.

I'll be ready to chime in next week!
