Can Atletico repeat or will the Summer exits prove to be too much to overcome?

Last year Atletico completed the dream league season, but it's been a Summer of change at the top of La Liga. Atletico has been poached to an extent, and Barcelona has brought in plenty of new talent like Luis "The Count" Suarez. Defending European Champions Real Madrid also have had another influx of serious talent with the additions of Toni Kroos, Kaylor Navas and James Rodriguez. While it remains to be seen what will happen with Di Maria and Khedira, it looks to be a two horse race again where Barcelona and Real will battle wire to wire for the League crown.

Your thread is a lot fancier than mine.  Boo!!!

I do not follow La Liga as much as other leagues but I loved seeing Atletico beat out the other two, if only for a season.  What are the chances they, or anybody else is competitive through at least the first half?

They'll be competitive for sure. Just don't think they have the horses to stay up top for the long-haul.

Come on Real! Let's win La Liga this season.

Bale looks much improved, Ronaldo is healthy and only 6 goals away from breaking Raul's record, Navas is as good as advertised, Kroos is a passing guru, Di Maria is back with the team, Modric remains underrated, Benzema is shaking off the rust, and Isco is looking sharp.

James, on the other hand, has been such a disappointment and Khedira is being a sulky whimp.

People thought Bale was a bum last October too. Give James time to get acclimated to the team.

    • I think a lot of wrs are going to go in the second round before we pick.  There are a lot of wr needy teams.  I think there will be a big run on them in the late 30s and 40s.
    • Interesting that they met with Walker three times and Cam Jackson twice.
