Steve Smith started out as a return man an move up from there.   This is Brown's chance to make the team  .  If not, he will be cut or ride the pine  as a backup.  Wish him the best .

I said when we got him that I believed he would make the team. Everytime I watched him at OSU he looked really explosive. With Chico coming out and saying he was the biggest surprise, and now him being named the starter for returns the night we will be playing all of our starters... this is nothing but awesome. I think he will really impress... I also think this means Underwood is likely out of a job if he performs admirably.
