Hey I don't know the area that well. I park in lot one right across from the stadium and mills statue. How far of a walk is that. And what time does it start? I bring friends frequently and would like to do this. Thanks. RP

If you look on the map I posted, its a fairly short walk I believe when you come back from the back of the stadium.

 

We are going to be literally right next to the practice fields if you know where those are.

 

Times of start are up to you- whenever you want. MadHatter, RR, and that crowd usually gets out pretty early. I usually come out around 10ish.

 

I would say if you want to eat, be there before 12. Those are still things to be figured out logistically once we know how many donations we will get prior to the tailgate, of which I am about to post an update.

We have officially raised enough money for 3 games! I can't explain how appreciative I am to all your support and how overwhelming it feels to know you all have some sort of love for our tailgate!

I wish I could post a screenshot, but I don't want to divulge anyone's real names.

 

Closer to the season, I will be contacting you to ask how you would like your name displayed for donation purposes (Huddle or Real Name)

 

I know there are a few more people waiting until later this week for different reasons to donate, so please don't think you'd be late by any means. We will be accepting pre-regular season donations until Week 1. I will make an announcement before the cut off so you can get your sponsor T, koozie, etc 

 

 

I know a lot of you have questions sprinkled throughout this thread. Anything regarding starting times, food we will be eating, or specifics to certain games will be posted in the weekly thread we have during the season for each tailgate.

Update

 

L-Town Cat is going to be making all of the shirts for the tailgate sponsors and MeowMeowMeoow will be creating the design. Thanks to both of those guys for coming through to help make that happen.

 

The final day to have your sponsorship money in if you're interested in getting one of the shirts is Monday September 8th.

Boo is currently nursing an injury and is Doubtful for this weekend, but hopefully she's not headed to the IR. Here's a quick update:

 

We have raised $961 in sponsorship money. That's a pretty good start. It won't get us through the whole season, but hopefully we can collect some donations from non-sponsors on game days so that we can add to the budget and keep it rolling. 

 

If you have sponsored can you please email us your shirt size. Send an email to [email protected]. You MUST tell us your shirt size by Monday or else we will just assume you want a smedium. 

 

If you've been thinking of sponsoring the Huddle tailgate then it's time to poo or get off the pot. We need to have this all wrapped up by Monday to get everything sorted out and ready for the season. 

 

Again....thanks to L-Town Cat for donating the shirts, to Baby Andy Reid for donating the koozies, to MeowMeowMeooow for donating his design skills. I'll see if I can get him to post the final design in this thread so everyone can see what we're getting.

How can we purchase this shirt to help raise money for the Huddle Tailgate? I live in NYC and probably couldn't attend a game this year, but would love to support the Huddle Tailgate and also sport this shirt around my neighborhood.
