Hey guys, lurked on the board daily for years and finally joined last season. I posted a bit but plan on posting more often this season.  Jeremy your camp threads are honestly some of the best Panthers content I've ever seen, just a joy to read every day, seriously man.

I am not exactly a newbie, though over the years I have been on the forum I haven't posted all that much compared to some. (only 300+ posts since that terrible playoff loss to Arizona years ago, which I joined to bitch about)

 

Though as time has gone on, I have posted more and more each year. I tend to be rather negative in regards to alot of the crap I read here, and I have the honor of posting the dumbest thing some unknown bloke has read on the huddle...lol

 

With that said, its all good. I have much love for the team of course, and the people here (we are all fans after all) even though like some of them, I find some of the stuff written here reaching for a star in a constellation called "The idiot"

 

So here is my intro, so most of you will be able to recognize me when I say poo that pisses people off.

 

Grew up in Knightdale and later Raleigh. I wasn't a fan of football until we were awarded the team, and have followed them ever since. I've been living in S. Korea for the last 10 years, and plan my yearly trips home to coincide with the Panthers game I wish to see most. Finishing up my masters in a few weeks, and about to enter the PhD program. Engaged to a woman I have been with for 6 years, a woman way too young and hot for me..but hey...she likes what I give her :) Proudly wear a 12 year old Panthers pullover I brought with me during games, although my fiance wears it more than I do. Im forced to download games and watch them a day late with the time delay and research. If anyone is looking for a way to get HD quality downloads at no cost online, (other than the one well known site everyone knows_ PM me. I can hook you up

 

 

As for the pie, back when I was a kid driving down to the coast with my Dad, we used to stop as some small flea market place along the way. There was an African American gentleman in there whom referred to himself as simply "The Pie Man". This guy was a site to behold, and would sell you a pie he baked in the store that day with a "shiny plastic fork" to eat it with. My favorite was Boston Creme.

Well i'm not new but I have recently become a more active member, that and I can't pass up a chance at discussing pie.  

 

My name:  The Light Brigade, its from a poem, not important. 

 

My Location:  Selma, NC.  Originally from Clayton.  

 

My pie:  I will eat anything pie related except coconut.  If I had to pick a favorite I'd have to say Chess.  It's a blank canvas and yet has a very complex texture and flavor.  

 

Edit: or Apple pie with a slice of cheese on top.

Tub of goo here, been reading and checking in for a while just decided to join this summer.

Im from gso just recently graduated and became a panthers fan when Ricky Proehl went there because he lives in my neighborhood.

I was a huge fan of the Rams greatest show on turf when I was a kid and still proudly wear my throwback Proehl jersey.

Ever since I've been a diehard panthers fan, best moment/game I've been too was MNF against the pats last fall. BoA was electric, completely unreal.

Favorite baked good is grandma's chocolate cake, sorry, im a grandma's boy.

Sorry, I didn't really follow protocol here.  My favorite pie is probably chocolate pecan with whipped cream.  Also love key lime.

Finally joining after years of just reading posts.  Lived in Wisconsin my whole life but started liking the Panthers in 95 when I was 6 because I liked their logo.  My best friend works for the Panthers and I have been to one game down in Charlotte.  It was the damn game three years ago against the Bucs where Dallas Clark scored at end of game.  My favorite player now is Kuechly.  The huddle always helps pass the time at work.  Favorite pie is some banana cream.

John here. I grew up in Charlotte(was 12 when we got the team). I moved to Wilmington, NC for college and, with few exceptions, have been here ever since. I try to make it back for 2 or 3 games each year(Seattle and New Orleans scheduled so far).

 

I've been a huddle reader for a while now, but couldn't ever get the confirmation email on my account. Finally got the app, and got on that way.

 

My favorite pie would have to be key lime, but you could have guessed that.
