Again where is your expertise or any special knowledge here.  If you are going to call someone ignorant you ought to have special education or standing  to back up your comments.  You can disagree for sure but if you are going to post like some kind of expert at least have the credentials to back it up.  Particularly when you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Unfortunately, while not a lawyer, I deal with legal matters every day and have two lawyers on speed dial. Spoke with them boththis week. I've learned a lot.

 

This type of legal matter is basic first year law stuff that every lawyer knows. This is not specialist issues.

 

If I really cared I could get free legal advice and prove you wrong but your aggressive ignorance has grown tiresome. 

 

I'll just assume somehow you know more about this than me and move along.

I think that was because the abuse was so obvious and was recorded on TV and played endlessly.  I don't know that the facts in the Hardy case were so one-sided or so obvious.

Having a lawyer on speed dial hardly qualifies as anything.  I talk with psychiatrists every day, do you think that means I know enough to prescribe medicine.  Any lawyer worth his salt would tell you that unless you specialize in a field you shouldn't practice in areas for which you don;t have specialized training.  And the fact that you think that any lawyer knows the rules about  employment law, franchise law and antitrust law which all apply here shows that you know enough to be dangerous because you think you know  a lot more than you do.

If you didn't go to law school then how would you know what was taught.

 

While you are getting free law advice how about getting some pointers on how not to be a dick..

If the only way you can reach these idiots is by taking game checks and playing time then by all means use that method. This is more cowardly than using PEDs and more intolerable than recreational drugs. It should be reflected in the league's reaction.

I don't claim any expertise in the law and am not foolish enough like you to spout off my opinion without having discussed this with someone who is an expert. I had this conversation with my brother who is a franchise/ employment attorney for a nationally known firm who deals with these kind of cases all the time and his explanation suggests you have no clue and aren't even addressing the germaine issues.

 

On the other hand , I just erased a few paragraphs where I pointed out where you were off base because it is a huge waste of time.  You turned this into a pissing contest from the start and I don't debate for the purpose of amusing other watching us insult each other. Plus you have your mind made up so why even debate??
