Way to stay classy.

Talking on the internet about some random person I've never met has nothing to do with class.

Understand; you wouldn't know class if it hit you upside the head like a Louisville Slugger. And I love how you're passing judgment and making disparaging comments about a person you've never met.

What a POS...

This is the biggest celebrity death of my life time. There has been no other of greater influence than him that has passed away. I watched him as a kid and grew up with his work. I thought of him as like one of the grandfathers of comedy. And not only as a comedian/actor, but I liked him as a person as well. No other can match him.

Dude, you're being ridiculous. Have some fugging respect. Yes, none of us knew him personally but he's been in all of our lives for a very long time. I can only hope that random strangers want to remember me after I pass.

I won't and yes I will out live you

Depression is a bitch. Have seen it take a couple of people really close to me (including former students--now that's a kick in the teeth).

Robin Williams was incredibly talented, as many have said here. I personally think his dramatic acting was underrated but maybe hard for some to take him seriously because he was just so incredibly crazy in his wound up comedic stylings.

If you haven't seen his early stuff when he was on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, do yourself a favor and look it up. Carson was the king, and he couldn't handle Williams.  It was pretty much just throw out the script, and some of the best late night moments in TV history.

RIP Robin.
