What judgment did I make?

I asked you to provide some links to a specious statement that you made and you didn't because there aren't any.

As others have pointed out you are obviously just making poo up.

fact: a documented asshole and repeat offender for on track altercations killed a rival driver in an unfortunate, yet avoidable situation.

I never said football isn't a dangerous sport. These guys are just saying that so it draws attention away from how dangerous NASCAR can be. You use poor form to tackle you end up paralyzed. You get clipped going 200mph and smash into a wall well, that's a horse of a different color.

But your original premise was "how can you support this" and the fact that the NFL is huge in this country makes your questioning look silly.

If you wanted to say "cars going round and round for 4 hours is boring," that's one thing, but you went with the violence.

Herrion was playing with heart disease. Had nothing to do with anything that happened on the field. Don't feel like going back to vet all the others. Football being a dangerous sport is not in dispute.

reasonable, intelligent, and very genuine.

If you're talking about my earlier posts then yes it was, I just felt like I had to dumb my responses down a bit for you.

your entire argument till now was solely based on conjecture, no facts at all, zip, zero, nada. I have just made comments related to video evidence and official reports to now. I am a neutral party, honestly if it were not for me being bored today because my beach trip got rained out I wouldnt give two flying fugs about this because as I've stated before I don't even like nascar, and am only interested because it is a big story.

4Corners, we're not having a argument, this isn't something you're winning, you have lost since you're first post. and have done nothing more then bring your own ignorance to light.

I swear it's like talking to a bucket. Good god man.

Ummm, there is no law enforcement investigation taking place. The county sheriff is on the record and ESPN stating the investigation is a racing accident and that there are no intentions of even investigating this as a law enforcement matter. It's a sporting even accident.

As I've stated in other threads and posts, people's personal feelings about someone they likely don't know, have probably never met or spoken with are really getting in the way of rational, logical thinking here.

"Ontario County Sheriff Philip Povero said his department's investigation is not criminal and that Stewart was "fully cooperative" and appeared "very upset" over what had happened.

"He was visibly shaken by this accident," Povero said. "... This is right now being investigated as an on-track crash and I don't want to infer that there are criminal charges pending. When the investigation is completed, we will sit down with the district attorney and review it. But I want to make it very clear: there are no criminal charges pending at this time."

I don't know what the record for contradictions in a single post is, but this has gotta be close.

Your first sentence is completely wrong.

There is a law enforcement investigation that is not criminal. It could turn into a criminal investigation at any time if evidence presents itself.

I may be missing your point.

I'm sure Mr. Hendrix and his all-star staff of high priced attorneys made sure there wouldn't need to be an investigation.
