Makin my chicken quesadillas... Marinated & flame cooked chicken, RoTel & refried beans with queso cheese & 4-cheese blend, topped with my fresh-made guacamole Tipico, basically pico de gallo with chunks of avacado.....

 

I will be bringing my sausage-jalapenos to the Bears game, but thats a few weeks away.....

Tried Tullamore for the playoff game at the recommendation of someone on here. Very tasty, very smooth... Will not try again, bad mojo....
