Hopefully Rio runs circles around that ass just like last year. Somebody should give him an extra incentive to save our season by making Bell lost the job.

I hope he plays well.  He is a good guy and has been working hard.  It only benefits us if he plays well.  There is no certainty that any player that gets cut is going to better than Bell.  So stop praying for him to fail because the next man up might be worse.

I think the best possible thing to happen would be for the tackle play to be at one extreme or another.  If the tackles play well then maybe this will inspire some confidence throughout the rest of the preseason.  Even though the first string defense won't play for long, it would be fantastic if they could have a great showing against them tonight.  If the tackles play terribly, sorry DA, then hopefully management will have more urgency in a contingency plan. 

 

I don't want that to happen though.  I would love to see my Panthers who have worked their tails off succeed when everyone is railing against them.  They badmouthed you all season boys.  Time to show them what's what.
