Playing time for Kelvin?

Hearing people say he might only play 1-2 possessions. I know he has the starting job locked up, though we need to see what he offers in a real game. How long do you think we see him for? I was hoping for a good two quarters.

I'm only expecting a couple of possessions since he won't get to catch passes from Cam anyway. Even if Cam plays, I doubt he'll be dropping back to make throws.

That knee issue might warrant taking it slowly, but I see your point.  He is raw and needs to see high speed game action.  I would play him a full quarter or more.

The knee is a non issue. He told me he was ready to play the next day. He is 100%.

Two possessions sounds about right. I wouldnt expect a lot of PT for him until Cam hits the field as well. Plus, he is going to be on this team come the regular season. They need the guys like Lucas/Pilares/Bersin/King/Underwood to get majority of reps. Evaluation time for guys trying to grab a roster spot.

Yes he does. Im just not so sure it will happen game one. He needs all the playing time he can get, but Im thinking that will start more in game 2. And i know the knee isn't an issue, but that doesn't mean Rivera and Co. wont play it safe. Hopefully i am wrong and he plays first half tho.

Sounds right. I think DA plays a quarter. Webb plays 2. blanchard cleans up the 4th
