I was fortunate to just purchase my psl last year, first year psl owner and we made the playoffs so I'm winning.

Great experiance for your son. Cool stuff! I love it!

But ugh, wasn`t that the TNG two years ago? I was there but erased any memory from it. :startle:

It was. The game sucked. My son loved it regardless. Also, I got in trouble for booing the Giants while I was an invited guest on the Panther sidelines, so that was a win in my book.

Sitting in a playoff seat thats running 300+ online and only paying half that, yea those pesky perks.

Sounds like if you sell them you'll be able to even back out overall... because you had to pay full price for a pair of useless preseason games to watch practice squad scrubs.

Not to mention people literally give tickets away for free when the team sucks.... which happens 5x as much as you getting that special playoff ticket.

Why don't they have the available psl on a website or a official psl exchange. Also I'd like to buy season tickets but I don't see any trust worthy sites to do that.

I think you can get season tickets on stubhub. Not sure what kind of prices but it's reputable

Original 1995 and former PSL owner here with a balanced perspective from both sides of the issue:

1. Back then there weren't the financing options available to prospective buyers today. The initial cash outlay in 1995 was a major cause for concern.

2. We upgraded over the years, starting in the upper deck and working our way down to the field level. Even spent a season in the club seats... not a place for true football fans.

3. We sold our PSLs following the 2012 season, was very satisfied with the price we got and the after-sale deal we got. You see, the guy we sold our PSLs to cannot make all the games and still gives us first right of refusal for those he can't attend... at face value. This year he sold me all 8 games and I, in turn offered up 4 of those on this site and sold them to a Huddler.

What was a 2-hour drive from our former home is now a 4-hour drive and 8 hours of road time for a 3-hour game is a bit much.

What I appreciated about the PSL from 1995 through most of the years became my disdain for them during the 2011 lockout season, the infamous pie chart and the owners under Jerry Richardson's leadership claiming they didn't make any money. It was all a lie not unlike those we hear from politicians on a daily basis and, while I'm not naive when it comes to the business of sports, that only served to jade me even more.

In short, I was glad we bought PSLs in 1995 and I was glad we sold them a few years ago. Regardless of the team's won-loss record, there has never been a game where tickets weren't available on the streets surrounding BOA. We took neighbors, friends, co-workers, etc. with us all the time to games without tickets and never struck out on scoring them.
