Bingo, and honestly if a "villain" can get into an opponents head and help the Panthers win a ring I'll take a "villain" any day...

but then you become the patriots and you set a terrible example for those that look up to you. What a hollow victory :/ how much better when you work hard and enjoy the ride while being a good opponent you earn not only victory but respect and it's a much more beautiful thing , than seeing someone win who is as pathetic and hollow inside as someone like that I'll take a classy sportsman over some self absorbed jerk any day

That at least is a semi reasonable point my only thing is I'd rather not have villains in Carolina

The rest of the league looks at Cam as a villain. Every time he runs into the endzone and opens his imaginary cape, that isn't out of "respect" to his opponents.  Lance Stephenson isn't liked by many just because of his antics in the playoffs.  Both have a great amount of confidence and make their respective teams better.  I'm cool with a little bit of attitude in the QC.

I choose....not changing a thing.  Changing even one moment in the past would effect everything in the future.  Our records would have changed, personnel would have changed, our draft position/intent would have changed.  I am happy where we are right now and would not change a thing so that we can keep things the way they are right now.

Yes, we have suffered.  Yes 2010 sucked so bad I was tempted to watch baseball on Sundays.  But if any of that was altered we would not have our current roster, man for man.

I'll look to the future with hope rather than looking to the past with regret.

So you've somehow connected talking trash to Aaron Hernandez & Bill Belichick....

Bravo!

that's not quite the same as constantly insulting and belittling the people you play against

Beat me to it. Every time Cam does the Super Cam he's putting the spotlight on himself. You think he doesn't know the rest of the League hates it, and that it rubs the opposing Defense's nose in it? Yep he does. Does it stop him from doing it? Nope not at all....

remember them dissing the chargers as they won against them in the AFC championship game ?

If you point the spotlight at yourself (Lights Out dance, Super Cam, Kaepernicking etc) you open yourself up to retaliation from your opponents. The Patriots didn't do anything wrong imo.

You think Cam wouldn't have mocked Kaep had he been able to score and give us the lead? You're fooling yourself if you say no.

He has never once said a thing to anybody so yea let him have his short tasteful dance thing... I prefer a player that is class on and off the field

But what kind of message are you sending ? That it's okay to be rude and disrespectful as long as you win and throw tantrums (Brady ) if you lose ?

I'll admit, when Kaep did it in the playoffs I was pissed, but then again, if Cam would've kissed his bicep on a game winning drive in that game, I would've been all over it.  Its just part of the game.

But the best revenge would've been a score for the win handing the ball to the ref and letting that be it. Can you imagine how that effects petty people like that ? It hurts way worse than a diss back and you get the satisfaction of doing the right thing

The holier than thou act is cute, but it's not the NFL. At least not today's NFL. In fact, I'm of the opinion that the League needs to lighten restrictions on celebrations. It is a game that is for the fans enjoyment after all...
