I haven't been this excited about a rookie since last year, and before than the year before that, and before than the year before that. Can't wait for Friday and I just got tickets for next week's game God is good amen..... 

 

You were seriously this excited about Kawaan and Star last year?

I think this year we have the buzz of a winning season with seeing a rookie doing so well in an obvious position of need. Its the trifecta of ball-tinglyness..

I was absolutely this excited about Star last season. I wanted a DT for years and I love defense and the guy in the trenches.

 

I wasn't as excited about Luke because I didn't know much about him and in the beginning he was pegged as OLB, thus lowering his potential impact.

 

Panther fans have been royaly spoiled these last several years with our rookies, particularly 1st rounders.

I LOVED those picks. We needed dt's in a bad way and we got two elite level players imo. I'd honestly say if I had one choice in the draft it would have been Star, I said it before the draft, I'll say it now..  There has NEVER been a more unanimous feeling of joy/agreement on one draft pick on here than the Star pick last year.
