That's a pretty good roster. WR and CB actually look really good. OLine is scary as fug.

I don't mind Cason, but from what I understand he was never much of a returner, and we will be risking our #1 corner.

 

Honestly I'm hoping Pilares at least gets an opportunity and shows out a bit in preseason. Maybe you can shed some light on the matter, I'm a bit concerned about it. We need a spark on special teams again if we want to make another run this year. Every little bit helps.

No one on the roster is much of a returner. It seems the most we can hope for is not a fumble and gain a few yards. Pilares is not getting PR snaps but is getting KR snaps. I am betting on Barner being our KR with Tolbert back there too.

I'm really liking our Receiver group a lot now.  There is a lot of youth balanced by great experience.  I think Cam has something to prove this year because of having a completely new crop of receivers.  He knows his contract is on the horizon and he needs to prove he can produce without smitty, So my guess is he puts up bigger numbers than he did last year.  Because of that, I really think KB will be a 1000 yard receiver this season.
