Change the IR rules to baseball type disabled list.  Where you could put a guy on the 30 day IR and not lose him for the whole season, or 15 day or 60 day, something besides making him inactive on gameday or putting him on IR and having him lost for the season.

No commercial after the TD.  Score the TD, kick the extra point, THEN commercial. Then kick off and bring the offense out.

I like where things are headed with moving the extra point back. Although, I'd move it a little farther. Not only do you want to drop the percentages a bit from being automatic (so people don't just get up to get a beer after the touchdown), but it would ideally put the team into a position where the decision between 1 and 2 points is a tough one. Maybe spot it on the 20 or so?

Remove the 5 yard limit for Pass Interference, it's unreal how the passing game as exploded in the last ten years thanks to that abomination of a rule.
