Stop the clock after every play in the final minute of the game so that teams actually have to compete for sixty minutes rather than competing for fifty-eight minutes and then taking a knee three times.

 

I would also get rid of the conferences and just have eight division.  The eight division winners and top four other teams, regardless of conference, get a playoff spot and seeding is done based on record, the division winners are not assured a top seed or a home game.

Honestly... football is pretty unwatchable for me if the panthers aren't playing... I loved soccer this world cup watching usa and equally gave 0 shits about the other teams after they were eliminated. I've been a die hard Panther fan and never missed a game for over 10 years now and I probably wouldn't even watch the super bowl each year if there wasnt so much free food and beer involved.

 

I feel the same way, ever since I stopped gambling I really get no enjoyment out of watching unless the Panthers are playing.

I don't like OT structure, it is still an advantage to win the coin toss, cause if you can put together a TD drive, game over. 

 

Why not just an extra 10 minute period and whosoever winning at the end wins. 

 

If still tied, team chooses one player to start on goal line with ball and he has to get passed other teams 1 defender and into the endzone, then switch. (think Achilles best warrior vs. best warrior lol).
