There is no excuse for a running back fumbling the ball near the goal line in a game winning situation.

 

There just isn't, and every running back or coach will tell you the same.

Yeh, i get that. Im just saying he is usually very reliable. Plus, Thomas made a play. It wasnt an excuse, just observation. He should have been more aware. However, if we win that game there is a good chance we never go 12-4. Cant prove that, but some of Rivera decisions wouldnt have been the same. IMO.

Rivera said it was the Buffalo game that made him change his ways. If we won the Seattle game, it's possible we would have hosted the saints, if memory serves.

See, I agree about the drops. I didn't see many. But he isn't getting blasted on crossing routes and such yet either. And I saw speed when I was there as well. But I wanted to get someone else's opinion.

A lot of FSU fans/alumni are screaming stone hands... And I didn't see it when I was at camp.

The Vikes and of course Rams game is where we found our stride and got an idea of the team we were.
