He had a pretty good day today

His first few days of struggles which is the rookie norm, has people saying all kinds of nonsense.  People are saying stuff like he is a bust and that he seems like he is all about the money.  I mean respected posters are saying this shite.  I understand being disappointed, but every rookie struggles early.  Even the camp stud up to this point Bene had a couple of days where he struggled and was visibly frustrated.  People and their opinions.

Hey Zod. Since you've been there a lot what is your assessment of Kony? So far all I have heard is that he is raw. That he is getting beat in practice. That coaches and Luke yelled at him. That he isn't technically sound. That he's small. What say you? Haven't heard much positive and hope he works out for us.

The days I spent at practice, I really focused on the WR's. You can really tell that Ricky Proehl really LOVES his job. I am not worried about the WR's Ricky will get the best out of them.

I think he was the biggest component that made Lafell and Ginn better than they have ever been.

Benjamin has been getting a lot of praise from the team, so Chase Blackburn figured he should take him down a few notches. Blackburn heckled Benjamin a bit in a good natured way. Blackburn is probably the most outspoken player on the team.

I like how his tattoo says "Kelvin" with flames around it. Found it amusing.

Every photo I've seen of Ealy in camp is him getting manhandled.

Hence the reason that knowledgeable fans don't expect most rookies to come in and dominate right away.  There is a steep learning curve and pro players are often bigger and stronger with better technique.  I would have more surprised if he had come in and held his own right away.
