Webb only make the PS for his running. I could tell a huge difference in arm strength from the other QB's to Webb. His ball looked very slow.

Don't think he is ps eligible but I could be wrong.

He is a jack of al trades type of player. If you are in a pinch because of injuries you can throw him in there and feel adequate I suppose

Too many options i think to fill a spot. Do you keep a 3rd string QB (who will only see the field if two guys go down or he is used in some wildcat formation) or add another DL that can see the field multiple times a game to keep rotation fresh.
