What the hell are you talking about? I have read a lot of tweets and first hand accounts of training camp and I have not seen anyone say godfrey has been legendarily bad.

unfriend those tweeters or whatever twitter calls them...lol... dude has been getting exposed.... I think personally the real issue is his confidence due to injury. it should come a point where you go all in. worked for TD!

Seriously though, are you really going to hit up up Godfrey right now at the start of training camp? Achilles dude, achilles. History's greatest champ got destroyed from it. Give the dude some time, he's been out for awhile. Im sure his eyes need adjusting to the pace again as well.

I'm going to hold my thoughts on his play until I see two preseason games its to early to jump on him with the type of injury he just came back from.

the panthers secondary doesnt do anything complicated during the regular season, let alone preseason.

 

only reason to watch him will be to see if he literally can't play the position, and that'll take all of one or two snaps to ascertain.
