The team gets fined if they try to sign him with his current, uncertified agent.

 

If he gets a certified one or the one he has gets his certification, we will then sign him.

 

I really hope no one reads into this any more than what it is, but let's see...

Well, that's what I was getting at. 

 

It's a bit concerning that he hasn't gotten the agent situation resolved, yet.  If his current agent becomes certified then great, but my concern was, IIRC, in the article regarding his current agent, I thought I recalled it stating that the deadline had passed for his agent to become certified for this season.  So, naturally, I thought he would just choose another agent.
