Yeah and there is also a reason we kept him on the practice squad for two years. It has been pretty well documented he has come out with a bang this first week and very few drops.

You got some serious hate for the guy.  He has impressed everyone but you.   I never said the Riley Cooper comparison but the guy has made some serious strides in making the team.  He has made the difficult catches and is catching everything thrown his way. 

 

If he shows off in the pre-season, he'll make the team.

I have no hate for the guy at all. And I never said that you made those comparisons. I said that those comparisons were made in this thread. Go back and read some of the posts, I'll wait.

Now that you see those comparisons have been made, let's look at some points. He's caught everything thrown his way? That sounds like te praise heaped on Armanti all through camp. He's faster than some other guys and y'all? David Gettis. He's bound to have a good year, in the right circumstances? Barnidge.

Just because I don't fawn over every player that comes through camp like he's the next GOAT doesn't mean I hate the player.

No one is saying he'll be a number 2 receiver this year but it's not a crime to have some optimism.  Cooper literally crawled out the dark because of injuries and other circumstances.  Is the exact same thing in the cards for Bersin, probably not, but kid keeps working hard and one day he could make an impact on this team or another.  That's just me though.
