Well, Gerrard and Skrtel definitely are. Skrtel 3-match ban basically guaranteed, and Gerrard was straight red. Lovren being out isn't a big deal, but Skrtel being out is bad news.

 

Missing Lallana is probably not the worst thing in the world either. We have had to move Sterling to RWB to accommodate Lallana in the squad, and it's really been hurting Sterling's form.
