2014/15 Barclays Premier League Season

Recommended Posts

He was always coming to La Liga. Reus is taking Spanish lessons for a reason. Now will we sign him? We'll see but if we do I like him better over Bale (who should go back to EPL).

I love the "this player is taking ______ lessons" rumor based on what country he is reportedly moving to. It's the laziest and most unverifiable "proof" a news source can spew.

That said, I think there is definitely a good chance Reus goes to RM. That's mostly because I think there is a good chance nearly every top player in the world will go to RM.

His Spanish does sound improved compared to last year's (butchered some easy phrases). I don't know. Right now I'm buying the rumors. They've been strong all season long -- like the Kroos rumors during the World Cup.

I see it as a significant possibility. We should probably take this conversation to the transfer thread haha.

debatable but honestly I'd probably agree with you there. Officiating was awful to both sides that entire game though

Debuchy kicked the ball out first and then caught the dude after trying to move his leg back.  It was a good tackle.  Also, in first half defender literally tackled Welbeck by wrapping him with both hands and pulling him down in the box, nothing was called.  Arsenal was completely in driving sit until Giroud decided to go Zidan and headbutt QPR defender.

Even tho Giroud is gone... Chamberlain and Walcott will be available going forward.  Team will be pacey as hell.

           Welbeck

Alexis-Cozorla-Walcott

 Chamberlain-Flamini

    • I think it will be hard to not go edge in the second if we go QB first. Say you have Starks, one of Bond/Egbuka, and maybe one Edge (don't have a name to throw out that is end of 1st round projected and may slide)... do you still go Starks? Just curious. I haven't looked into starks much, as I've been focused on QB, WR, and DL prospects.
