haha the way i became a liverpool fan was after i bought my first fifa game. the first team i played with was liverpool, loved fernando torres. it became an obsession shortly after. sucks i wasn't around for the golden days of the club.

The reason I became a fan was being a stoner in college and listening to pi k floyd's album "Meddle" and on the song Fearless it ends with the you'll never walk alone chant apparantley recorded at a LFC ARSEnal match. I never knew what the hell it was until I watched the FA cup final in 2006 between LFC and Chelski. They started singing it and I just decided to cheer for them. Plus I lived watching gerrard, torres, kuyt, masch, Xabi...

btw harry kane is the real fuging deal over there at white hart lane, spurs have been playing well.  don't see how anyone can say poch isn't doing a great job cleaning up from the avb disaster.  a good January and spurs could make a run at top 4

We're still not quite there yet, but I've actually enjoyed watching our recent games. It looks much less a mess, and more of what Poch had envisioned for us when he came in. If he can just get a full summer transfer window under his belt, and Levy backs him for the players he wants, I feel he can do good things for us.

Just like Liverpool to completely dominate a match and still have to go to 90' +7 to equalize.

Liverpool should of won this game... Arsenal is in worst shape right now with so many injuries. Also, out of 18 EPL games in 2nd half Arsenal will play 11 games at home.

Caught a couple of matches this weekend. I watched QPR-West Brom because I figured there would be some goals scored, and there were. How lost would QPR be without Charlie Austin?

I saw my first Tyne-Wear derby a couple of years ago, and I never miss one. Even though the football isn't always that great, the intensity is always through the roof.

yup we had 27 shots and had 63% possession.  i actually have to give some credit to rogers, he's found a formation that's working.  this team is looking infinitely better creativity-wise than they were a month or two ago.  just really really missing our striker and we have a terrible goalie and defense.  that's why we drew yesterday.  with studge we win, with a good goalie we win (poo, probably with miggs himself in goal we win), or better defenders and we win.  Our defense is shockingly bad but to be honest jones still should have stopped AT LEAST one of those arsenal goals.  such a frustrating result for us.  however next 3 all winable, let's hope we get some points then.  just so frustrating yesterday we looked completely content once we got the score level even though we were superior. last year as soon as we leveled suarez would have grabbed the ball from the back, and tell them to stop celebrating because they were gonna score another fuging goal.  i've never seen any player in any sport that was as obsessed with winning as suarez was last year.  players say winning is everything, and a lot of them mean it.... but the way that dude played last year, it was beautiful.  all he fuging cared about was winning, obviously we miss suarez world class player should have been a ballon d'or nominee but we really miss the obsession with winning he brought too.

We are definitely still going through some growing pains. Hopefully we can hit our stride by January's end. The gap to 4th is growing rapidly now.

I like what Rodgers did tactically yesterday. He got a lot less rigid with his formation, which allowed the forwards to play more fluidly. There was a lot of positional interchange and some wingers tracking back. Really gave us control of the midfield.
