Ace don't forget you are talking about a man that thrives and lives off motivation from others who say he can't.

While he was no slouch last year he definitely wasn't all-pro. I have moved on and wish him well. It can seriously be debated if he would be doing those type of things if he were still here. It can also be debated if he would be helping any of of our young receivers still here. Bottom line is we can just hope for the best this year and hope the new guys step up.

Yes, smitty is probably better than any WR on our roster. I would have liked to see him and KB on the field. That said, my hunch is that he wouldnt have prepared as hard for his final Panther season and would have been a shell of his former self. Now, he has a chip on his shoulder again ... which is when he's at his best. He pretty much said he is working harder this offseason.

That said, Avant & Cotchery > Lafell & Ginn in Shulas system. WRs are a push from last year. If the offense implodes (not like they were great last year), it will be the OL and/or Shula.
