You can buff the crap out of most of that.

If it's not deep you can use a rubbing compound from turtlewax or somebody. You would then buff it circular Karate Kid wax on wax off. Sometimes it's better done by hand as you can easily damage ur paint with a machine. If it's deep ur gonna have to "build" the paint up back to level coating drying wet sanding and coating then waxing. Good thing is ur car is black. Thats what I would do. Good luck. Figure it out urself and you'll save. Doing it by hand ensures u don't f it up
