To be fair, expectations for Kugbila weren't that high.

idk.  it was a low risk/huge reward ceiling.   he could have been solid at the position, he had all the tools...but at the same time its not a huge blow to the team.

 

we've blown 2nd rounders for so long that i feel this was still a good shot at a home run in the 4th, and we wiffed.  doesn't hurt that badly.

 

i had high expectations for him personally, but i tempered that with realistic expectations of the risk.  shame.  i like players with his kind of back story.

To be honest he was sitting a 4th on the depth chart and more like 5th with Tolbert.

I think it's one of those things where he probably could come back this season but we red shirting him to give him a season to learn and we need him more next season when 28 or 34 gone, hell maybe both..
