He brings a lot of what Gerald Wallace use to bring, even if they play very different positions.

Id say he's far more cap jack than crash. Both are fearless and have what dem ther young folks call swagz....... when cap came, he change the whole team. The way they walked, talked, praticed, listen to music wise, what they did on the plane/nighttime effort, ball movement etc etc. I hope lance can repeat all the good cap jack did, like make them believe they are winners and will show it each game.
