On what limited information I have my guess is he will be found not guilty with a jury trial in Superior Court.

 

I am am sure he is guilty of stupidity for putting himself in that situation and for the people he chose to associate with.  Certainly puts his character into question.  Not someone the Panthers will bank their future on.

Ridiculous. It could be Drew Brees, Roddy White, Kaeperbitch or Tom Brady for all I care. If the situation had involved any of them, with all the details the same, I'd believe them too. I'd be laughing cuz of the bad luck for a team I hate, but I wouldn't believe that chick either. Or the absurdity of the verdict.

If he appeals and goes to a jury trial then the jury will decide. Until then he is guilty as charged.

Until then saying that a judge purposely made the wrong decision based of what evidence you have gathered via social media is dumber than dumb.
