Hardy found guilty

2-4 games

I expect the Big Cat to react soon. Big Cat won't sit back like most teams to see what Goodell will do....IMO he sets his own tone (like with 89 for example).

Bet that he only gets 1 game if that.

Loser never posts on the huddle again eternal optimist.

You down?

Can someone please explain to an old guy what the term "party foul" means.... Hardy supposedly got ticked off after being called for one of these because he knocked over a bottle of champagne or something.

It's when you do something clumsy in a social setting, like knock over your buddy's beer or light your cigarette backwards. Alcohol is always envolved. Most find them to be funny (as long as it's not your rug covered in ashes) and at the most, annoying.

4.

party foul
The new catchy catch phrase that everyone is just itching to use! Someone drops their drink? Be sure to be the quickest to blurt out "OHHH, PARTY FOUL" and you win extra cool points with all the ladies, and possibly the men too! Practice being quick off the mark by dropping glasses in your own home! Try to train yourself to say it reflexively on hearing the glass shatter! Then open your wrists with a shard from that glass and try again! Repeat until dead!

For me it was Hardy's gun collection laying out on a bed ( if I have that right)  as he partied to point of losing his mind...that is most disturbing part of this mess. We've had enough gun play in our history and the Panthers need to identify off season leaders to keep our own morons from hurting people, and possibly shooting people (including themselves). There was a point of excess here with the weapons and making a mistake with a gun is final, i will say for those NRA members here, i have no problem if he took a course and had some protection for himself, but this wasn't that...

Hardy started believing is own BS and lost control and will now pay for it, but I hope he can grow up and become a professional player and stay in CAR. He will also need to give us a large discount for his stupidity and for us staying with him...but i hope the moron learns something while here, plays hard and entertain but be a decent person and be thankful for $$ we give him.

The gun thing is pretty scary.  Add that to volatility, alcohol, poor judgement and there is not a bright future.

Hardy will not give the Panthers a big or little discount.  He has already said it is all about the money.  Panthers will let him move on.  He is not worth the risk.

Hardy isnt going anywhere for 18 months - the judge told him that yesterday.  At this point trading him is Not an option at all.

and I think Hardy might have cooked his goose with the judge yesterday when he got on the witness stand and started his smart assery.

Penalty is deferred during an appeal.

Hardy might be fuggin up to ask for a jury trial.  If he is convicted there he could get anywhere from 150 days to a year jail time.  And it will look even worse on his record having been essentially convicted twice.

Superior Court is usually friendlier to someone convicted of DV.  HIs odds of getting a favorable verdict are good.

So you went to small claims court as your own attorney and were found guilty and the judge blew off everything you said. Have you ever heard that if you try and represent yourself in court you have a fool for a client. I guess they just had it in for you. Couldn't have been that the officer that gave you a ticket was considered a credible witness while you were less credible. Nah

As for woman issues, maybe you need to hand around a better class of woman, just saying..........

Yeah I'm goin to get a lawyer for a loud music ticket...........didn't need a lawyer just needed them to do the official test, they refused until I appealed what's so hard about that, has nothing to do with creditbility ,officers make mistakes jeez as far as who I hang around that has nothing to so with what I initial stated or has very little to do with this debate, a pissed off women can get a man in a lot of trouble by crying wolf whether she is crazy or not that's just the truth

Depends. If I'm innocent, I'm saying fug that poo and trying to clear my name.

When you really look at it, there's innocent people out here that people say is guilty. Just being tied to it is bad period. Now if it was a felony I'll definitely be appealing
