Hardy found guilty

Because we all know that they are not keeping both Johnson and Hardy due to cap issues so this just tilts things against Hardy. He wants a boatload of money anyway so who knows if we can sign him if we wanted to. We could trade him I think but won't cut him since everything is guaranteed already. So it is much easier to keep Johnson who is under contract and not sign Hardy than it is to sign Hardy and get rid of Johnson.

How? Cj is making top 5 QB money after this season and he is not taking a paycut . Even with a good year from him I don't see him being worth the money.

Excluding off field issues anybody that thinks its more important to keep CJ than Hardy is clueless or deep down u just think Hardy was never that good.

Cj was on pace to do better then hardy until is injury. He had to face a better tackle most of the time too. Did u just start watching the panthers in week 16 or something?

If you in a closed off enviroment where you can't run, and the woman is blocking the only way out...and she starts beating and scratching on you every time you get close to leaving?

I saw a ghetto fool beating on her bf outside of walmart one time. She wasn't just slapping, she was balling her freaking hand up into fist and just laying into his face, this poor guy was taking a nasty beating... she was screaming "GO ON AND HIT ME BACK, I DARE YOU, I'LL HAVE YOU THROWN IN JAIL SO FAST IT'LL MAKE YOUR HEAD SPIN" He just stood there letting her pound on him, he apparently knew he had no right to defend himself against the female. By the time the police got there, they were gone.

That's what's fuged up about the whole sexism thing now adays women can literally just go around beating the poo out of any guy when're they want and men can't do anything to defend themselves. And then they claim they don't have equal rights.

This isnt just about production, this evolves money, age, and upside too and Hardy was the better choice if you cant keep both. And for the record i have been watching Hardy closely since he came in the league and of course my team for the longest.

Hardy should of used the Stand Your Ground Law and shot her head. He had reason to feel threatened so there for had a right to shoot her.  Oh wait.....this doesnt apply for black males...

[A] person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat in any place he or she has the lawful right to be if either of the following applies:

a. He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another.

b. Under the circumstances permitted pursuant to G.S. 14 51.2, generally that you are in your home, workplace or car and are in fear for yours or another's life.

Hardy wasn't in fear of his life or great boldily harm from the little coke head, he was in fear of a crying woman in a court room.

Unfortunately, we can't exclude off the field issues.  Hardy is younger and may eventually be better than CJ, but at some point, the team is going to have decide if he is worth taking the risk of signing him to a long term contract, and hoping that he will mature a little bit and avoid issues like this in the future.

I don't think Hardy is an angel and completely innocent but from how I followed the information that came out.   I think the Judge was completely biased. She allowed the guns (which she should have) but then didn't allow the drug use.  I am not a drug user but I can only assume that cocaine would make a big man like Hardy seem like he was killing her.  To me it just didn't make sense.  That and her tardiness.  Her friend's statement about "he hasn't seen crazy yet"

To me this is about her getting paid.

Being stupid and putting yourself in bad situation doesn't in itself make you guilty.   Regardless, just like OJ he is going to lose in civil court but I hope the jury finds him not guilty.

Some of the people in the huddle need help of the sort you just can't get in your average mental hospital.  Seriously.

I hope this guy doesn't ever have any kids to pass this sort of garbage racist view of the world onto.
