I think hardy is going to take this to trial.

You make repeated poor decisions and bad things happen. Hardy did this to himself. No point in bashing the judge

I have no idea whether he's guilty or not, but I'd agree the reaction from many here is sheer stupidity.  Especially the automatic 'gold digger' theory.

 

You don't know somebody just because you're a fan of the team they play for.  Heck, Graham Gano could be a serial killer for all we know.

 

Whatever happened, truth is that Hardy's repeatedly demonstrated bad judgment.  This is just the worst, and saddest, example.

Ridiculous.  It could be Drew Brees, Roddy White, Kaeperbitch or Tom Brady for all I care.  If the situation had involved any of them, with all the details the same, I'd believe them too.  I'd be laughing cuz of the bad luck for a team I hate, but I wouldn't believe that chick either.  Or the absurdity of the verdict.
