Every male that is ever put in a situation with a female that is out of her mind -  The male should just get in a fetal position on the floor and let the female beat the hell out of him.

They defended him because they were blinded from the facts by being a fan. Kinda like some of the people in this thread. 

 

oh I agree. Some have called her an activist judge which might be true, but what is most likely which has been pointed out several times in both threads. This verdict was just to move up the court system to a trail jury.

Once again he wasn't convicted of battery or even hitting her.  I wasn't there but the judge likely saw both of them getting physical so she didn't try to find him guilty of that.  All she found him guilty of was threatening her and intimidating her which can be as simple as him saying shut up before I smack you in the mouth as you approach her or in his case hold her down.  That my friend is communicating threats and assault.

 

All of this other stuff about getting beat up or beating her just shows how little you know about the law. No wonder he wants a jury trial.  He is hoping some of you fools end up on the jury.

first of all I likely more familiar with the court system than you are so if anyone is naive it is you not me. Unless you are a lawyer or a criminal......  

 

It is much more likely that you will be found innocent when you are guilty than the other way around.  Hardy surely could afford a good lawyer so if he didn't get off that was his fault for not hiring a better lawyer.  Hardy is smart to appeal given he really has little to lose unless the jury is less sympathetic.  Normally though regular jurors will be more likely to be swayed by his celebrity status like people like you are on this message board.

 

So how many woman have you hit?? If none then why be sympathetic to a guy who is his size beating up a woman half his size?  If you have, then I know what you feel the way you do.

 

As for why I have a problem with men beating women, I am a psychologist and see domestic violence every day.  It isn't only the beating that is the problem but often the scars that effect her for years to come.

 

never hit a women, unless you consider sibling fighting at ages 8-14 as far as being naive i've personally been to court several times for stupid reasons in my opinion, one was a loud music ticket for one functional speaker in a 2003 cavalier  with the windows up............not only did i go to court to dispute that when i did the judge blew everything i said off an immediately considered me guilty,it is only when i requested an appeal did they do the actually loud music test by measuring the distance the volume could be heard, law states 100 feet he didn't even make it 20 feet before all sound was not audible............bottom line guilty doesn't mean guilty.

 

i fully understand your point of view and don't fault you one bit, but as for me i've seen too many negatives the whims of a female can cause for men...........stuff like that Brian guy story makes me extremely nervous to joke around with chicks no one wants to spend 4 years in prison for some bs

So you went to small claims court as your own attorney and were found guilty and the judge blew off everything you said.  Have you ever heard that if you try and represent yourself in court you have a fool for a client.  I guess they just had it in for you.  Couldn't have been that the officer that gave you a ticket was considered a credible witness while you were less credible.  Nah

 

As for woman issues, maybe you need to hand around a better class of woman, just saying..........

You want to last in the NFL?  Then do what DeLo/JStew/Kalil and SS are doing and you just might have a chance.  If not, have fun in prison.
