If you took it to that extreme, you could never convict anybody that wasn't caught committing their crime on video tape.

 

No one is supposed to get convicted by hearsay and circumstantial evidence. There has to be some actual evidence and of course it doesn't have to be a video of the actual crime.

But seriously, thinking you can get the full gist of a trial because you read tweets - from sports reporters, mind you - is about as credible as saying you understand all the nuances of War and Peace" because you read the Cliff Notes (or watched the miniseries).

eh, it's a biased verdict but it's not at all a harsh sentencing.

 

The writing is on the wall and Hardy's done here anyways after the season. Between the perpetual cap hell we seem to be in every year as well as the drafting of Kony alone, it was a long shot. You throw in this entire ordeal, and now there's no chance.

Lol no . When they actually quote what somebody is saying like ya know " I was on cocaine" and "weed just flew out of my car" it kind of puts some doubt that this women is mentally stable
