What are the sources here anyway? We've already gotten to the "I've got a friend in the court room" point of the thread now.

 

Eh whatever, I never participate in any of the offseason crap.

 

I just thought I'd update you guys since everyone on here was saying she hadn't arrived.

so it's time to make the obvious point..  Greg Hardy is still guilty.

 

Truth. Of course, we're all biased because we're fans of the football team he plays for, but if we take a step back and take off our homer glasses for a second, it'd probably be fair if he got some sort of punishment for pushing around and threatening a person. 

 

That being said, fug that crazy bitch. Release the Kraken, etc etc.

Pretty sure the unbiased stance on his guilt would be to reserve judgement, especially since all the calls/texts/video/audio from the incident isn't clear one way or another.

I have an attorney friend in Charlotte who is in the court room. 

 

Holder has arrived.

 

 

I'm not surprised she showed since she was subpoenaed and potentially facing a charge but it seems fuged up that everyone else (Hardy, his legal team, etc) has to wait while she shows up fashionably late to a court case that is all based on her testimony.  I hope the judge blasts her for her immaturity or "affulenza".

it's only fair when the witness shows up to court to make a case...  otherwise, it's consider hearsay and deserves no such punishment.

 

the 911 call has provided more evidence than she has..    you know, where he said "I can't touch her man!  Get her out of here!"

 

 

of course, we don't know what happened but we do know she sounded irate like she was on coke and she wouldn't leave a place where she was allegedly beat up.

 

 

it doesn't take any sort of homer glasses to see that...
