I don't condone Hardy touching her in anger, but this is it to me...

 

How does this pro bowl defensive lineman not destroy her with one hit? If Greg Hardy hit me, I'm pretty sure I'd be too out of it to fight, fuss or run. I'd likely just lie there hoping he wouldn't do it again, as I gathered my wits and my teeth up off the ground.

 

And I'm a 200 pound ex D1 football player, ex naval officer, ex hood fighter... 

 

and let's not forget she just said under oath that she got smacked into a wall..   not just smacked.  but smacked into a wall.  Even assuming she could take it on the chin, there would be massive bruising, if not seirously fractured, from someone of his strength.

This should be admissible.  A history of cocaine abuse proves that she is unstable.  That hurts for Hardy's defense.
