Hardy court thread : for all things that happen in court today

If she was there all this time it certainly hasn't been pointed out yet. Care to share your insider info sir?

In most domestic violence cases, the "victim" not wanting to face the "accused" in the courtroom, is strategy. Don't know if that's what's going on in this case, but I refuse to believe she just blew it off for 3 hours. Hell maybe she was pressured into not showing. Cut the girl some slack, let's not act like Hardy isn't a crazy scary dude. You want to face him in court?, knowing he will probably just get a slap on the wrist.

So because I'm smart enough to not fug crazy she should be excused because as a woman she clearly doesn't have the mental capacity to not fug crazy?

i can see this but at the same time she or her reps should have notified the judge that she was at the courthouse waiting.

Is it possible that she was at the courthouse, but they left her out of the room until they were ready for her?  Probably not, but I've never been in court, so I have no idea.

It's not only possible, but most likely. Panther fans are ridiculous, will defend a player through anything.

that might be true if the judge didn't already make statements disputing this very theory from the beginning...   also the prosecutor's response reaffirms that most likely was not the case..
