I've never in my life heard of a judge waiting on someone

 

only thing I can figure is maybe she didn't want to feel threatened in the court room and wanted to just show up when it was time to take the stand...  however, the judge's comments before this started dismisses that theory.

My question is what guy goes out to get wasted and leaves his 10 guns on his bed for when he gets home?  I'm not even referring to safety issues...I would just be too drunk to not move them out of the way before I passed out.

Been sitting in court rooms for 7 years. Never seen a judge wait for the accuser to show up to court, when defense is ready to proceed with that case. If you dont have time to come to court at the right time, then your case is not worth their time. Case dismissed.

Is it possible that she was at the courthouse, but they left her out of the room until they were ready for her?  Probably not, but I've never been in court, so I have no idea.

They were on a futon, not his bed.  Why?  Who knows.  But I doubt he was sleeping on top of them every night.
