Henderson's defense is half the reason he's even starting in this league.

I saw that Henderson only allows 0.76 points per play in the pick and roll offense which is phenomenal.

Credit his quickness for that stat.

yea, zeller college comments makes him look even worse that he got shat on by what he freely admits are scrubs.  

 

my message to zeller is that when he looks in the mirror he should fully understand he is looking at a scrub.  he is making comments like a seasoned vet starting in the nba might make after having an off game at the nba level.

this team has no starting caliber PF.  i would hope our former 4th round pick,AT PF would be taking summer league more serious than he is stating in his comments.  he has a chance to be an nba starter or be out of the league.  needs to be taking this a lot more serious considering the opportunity he has.

The comments are accurate. However some things are better left unsaid.

Those comments did sound like he wasn't taking summer league serious. Maybe it's just me, but I would have thought you would start taking summer league seriously after getting swatted on your first shot attempt by a rookie.

Show a sense of pride.

I don't necessarily like Hairston's attitude out there, but at least you can tell he wants to win.

it's more a combination of zeller's comments next to ewing's brute honesty about what he sees in zeller. ewing went as far as to say he needs to develop moves that a "normal" basketball player should have.  lol

also, the whole mentality zeller has about having so much time until the season starts and how the SL is glorified college just screams "IDGAF about this" to me.  

 

if it is glorified college, and you are a 4th overall pick with a sure fire roster spot, then beast on those facking scrubs!!!
