I posted our cap breakdown in another thread but I will repost here with addition of Williams (assuming a flat $7,000,000):

 

Current salary: $50,312,999

Cap floor: $56,759,000

Salary Cap: $63,200,000

Tax Line: $76,829,000

 

Needed to hit floor: $6,446,001

Cap space: $12,887,001

 

Unless we can bring in 2 PG's for $887k Lance isn't gonna be here. We don't even have the Bird rights to Ridnour so even that isn't an option. No Lance, sorry SuperJ.

We overpaid.

Not only did we overpay but we didn't even manage to get a team option in the second year. For all we know Williams could be an awful starter (he was a backup in Utah) and then we are stuck with him for an extra year.
