His heart may be here, but if Gettlemans chubby fist doesn't loosen on his check book come time to resign Cam, his heart is gonna be with a team whose GM will pay him what he deserves. Not saying GMan won't pay him, but Im not expecting a quick negotiation when the time comes. G-Man is gonna try and low ball Cam from the jump.

If Cam hits FA.............. the Falcons try desperately to sign him,  and then if they do sign him,  they trade Ryan to the Raiders for a 4th or 5th.

he's taking ownership of the team and the city. that's exactly what you want in a talented franchise player.

That's a lot of responsibility. Surely JR and the mayor of Charlotte would have something to say about this.
