He'll be returning punts by the middle of October. Book it!

Well duh, He'll be returning punts come week one as he never lost that duty, he'll be used as a WR all season. Say what you will but he's done nothing but improve since the experiment began. Look for even more improvement now that Chicago has a guy that can actually hit him deep under center.
