LEBRON TO CLEVELAND! (OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED)

100% RUMOR incoming!

Warned you...

Guy told me that he found some article some place on the internet that apparently says Lebron's kids were enrolled into a private school in Ohio in the past couple of days. No idea how legit his supposed source is, but if it were true, I think that would cement it.

I kinda want this to come full circle. I've always loved Lebron as a player. Not as much as Charlotte, but he's my favorite non-Hornet to watch. Seeing him return to Cleveland would make me happy. Mostly because then we'd certainly beat the Heat every time we play them, since we always played them tight when they had James and Wade. Now that they're out....yeah, the division is ours as long as we stay healthy and we get PJ to quit being a fuging idiot.

Yeah but that's basically what happened last time. Everyone got strung along and then BAM! Lebron's advisors have him do "The Decision" and completely pull the rug out from under Cleveland, and basically all of Ohio. There's no way I see him staying quiet like this for this long and then doing it to them again. I just don't see him doing anything else but going back home at this point. Everything has lined up for it.

Add to that, he's basically got Melo, Wade, Bosh, Love, and Parsons all waiting to find out where they'll play based on him... Parsons, Bosh, and basically the whole Rockets organization could be crippled if he doesnt announce his intentions soon... I expect an announcement by the end of the day tomorrow.

almost positive it's Miami.  I think he wants to go back to Ohio, but I think Riley and others pointed out what Gilbert did when he left and I'm willing to bet the asshole (Gilbert, not James) still hasn't apologized in a meaningful way.

As much as I would love the idea of James going back to Cleveland and bringing them the championships I think we all know he can, I don't think he wants to play for Gilbert at all, and I don't blame him.

Also: this isn't like last time.  Lebron isn't really stringing Clevland along, at least not publicly.  He isn't making a national TV broadcast etc.  Cleveland has no right to hate him again if he doesn't go him this time around, IMO

He's opening up old wounds even attempting to go back to Cleveland. He is letting this circus turn into what it has bc he wants the attention. He's known for a week what he wants to do. Gilbert's letter has nothing to do with it. Gilbert has no reason to apologize for it publicly. It was written in the heat of the moment just like James didn't handle the situation professionally last time either. Keep in mind Riley basically did the same thing to him but everyone overlooks that. The thing that still does not make sense to me is if Riley knew he was leaving for two days now as reported in the media why hasn't be made any moves to fill out a team.

because the media is wrong, Riley didn't know for sure. I think James knows now but I don't think he knew then.  If either the Cavs or the Heat knew for sure, they'd be filling out their rosters.

I think I heard that his kids have always gone to school in Ohio.

    • The issue is the formula is secret, and it incorporates runs... So... Yup, it does. Same with PFF (which isn't quite as secret). But when it doesn't - like on Sunday - it's often to hilarious results. PFF is more reliable I think at matching my 'eye' test.
    • According to the talking heads of the sports world, this is a pretty meh QB class.  Sanders and Ward are the only two with first round buzz, but the rest are blah.  Take that for what you will. Let's see how Bryce does in year three.  That's just where we are.  Patience is the key here.  Players need time to develop.  They can't develop if they don't play.  Bryce has made some really good throws, but he doesn't look like CJ Stroud.  That's going to be his point of comparison the rest of their careers.  The ball doesn't explode off Bryce's hand, it's not a cannon ball shot out of a cannon.  He's not going to break a 70 yard run.   Bryce is going to have to continue to make good throws and make plays.  Part of that is going to depend on the play calls.  Part of it is based on the skill players.  A couple drops picked up yesterday and it's a win and Bryce throws 1-2 more TDs.  A completely different story. It's been a crazy year indeed.  I just want to see Bryce continue to develop.  To see XL become more consistent.  To see JT fully recover (not play this season if he's not healthy).  I want to see Coker continue to make plays.  I'd love to see Brooks get more touches and Chubba continue to hammer defenses. Then this approaching offseason, let's go back to the D and work on fixing it.
    • Prime is already gone boss.  Nothing left for team Sanders in college football.
